About Adam

Biography

Pop/Rock – Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist – ‘Train Tracks’ out now, with new releases coming soon.
Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Adam Isaac has over 10 years of experience as a gigging musician and built a strong southwest following in his earlier years. He has played many venues and festivals around the UK, supported widely renowned chart toppers ASH, Toploader, Joss Stone and Sandi Thom, has been named brand ambassador for British freesports lifestyle brand Animal, and in 2012 Adam made it to the quarter final stages of BBC’s The Voice UK with the legendary Sir Tom Jones as coach. Following his TV appearance he released an album entitled ‘Train Tracks’, and has since been touring, playing both full band and acoustic shows. His edgy rock/pop sound draws influence from bands and artists like Muse, Coldplay, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, David Gray, The Verve, Blur, Oasis, Stereophonics and more.

Energy is the operative word. Laid back and seemingly shy offstage, when it comes to performing, Adam explodes with a vehemence and intent that is hard to avoid being swept up within. Whether alone with a guitar and a stomp box or accompanied by a band, his rhythm-led playing and soaring vocals envelope his audience, creating a shared revelry between crowd and performer.

Whilst continuing to tour the UK extensively, Adam is currently writing for a new album, which is to be recorded with the legendary Richard Digby Smith at Music Mill Records.

Adam’s versatility allows him to perform in intimate acoustic atmospheres or full band, epic, high-energy shows.

“For me, music is all about sharing energy with an audience; not being pretty around the edges, but going out there and capturing a moment with other people.”
